This book is about the relationship between a Student and a Teacher. It remained on the NY Times Bestseller list for 5 years. I really loved it. It will teach you what love and life is all about..

A DESIRE FOR CHANGE fuels Me.
Today we gave the final Farewell party to our seniors from the University...
The party was good... as usual a lot of alcohol, a lot of music and dance, a lot of fun, and women who are not so beautiful in the beginning, but as the party passes they seem to become beautiful... Benefits of alcohol are Enormous!
By the way, this time, 7-8 of our classmates puked and had to be taken to the hostel to spend the night! I got to drive 2 cars of some of these people back from the disco to the hotel.
Lets see how many of my classmates show up in class tomorrow!
INVITATION:
What's the next country you want to visit?
Submitted by Schomer.
Estonia, or Latvia or Lithuania or Romania or Serbia or Hungary or Ukraine or Georgia or....
Well, any country in Eastern Europe!!! I heard they are beautiful and cheap!!!
Today.....Off to El Jem, a city 1 hour by train North of Sfax. This city has the Third largest Amphitheatre built by Romans, where Slaves/ Gladiators used to fight for their lives, and entertained a croud of 30,000 people....
The Amphitheatre here is in the best condition as compared to all others built by Romans that remain. It was built in 256 AD. It still stands strong and proud, even after seeing the death of many a brave men...
It is not possible to take a picture of whole of the Amphitheatre in a single shot since it is very big. The only way possible is to take an aerial shot.
Here's a picture of the structure from above. (I did not take it)
They say that if you stand in the middle of the fighting ground in the centre of the amphitheatre and close your eyes, you feel like lions and other gladiators are coming to attack you. Just like you are back in time. Well, I did the same, but nothing happened. But when I opened my eyes, guess what, everybody was looking at me.. all other tourists and locals... thinking that maybe I was crazy!
Anyhow, Alex and T(h)omas had to stay out of the Amphitheatre, since the entry ticket was 5 Euro, and they preferred to see it all round from outside. But here is where the UNESCO issued ISIC Student card comes handy...I got entry for free and I even could take my camera without paying any money and took lot of pics until the battery went dead.
I was five and he was six
We rode on horses made of sticks
He wore black and I wore white
He would always win the fight
Bang bang, he shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down.
Seasons came and changed the time
When I grew up, I called him mine
He would always laugh and say
"Remember when we used to play?"
Bang bang, I shot you down
Bang bang, you hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, I used to shoot you down.
Music played, and people sang
Just for me, the church bells rang.
Now he's gone, I don't know why
And till this day, sometimes I cry
He didn't even say goodbye
He didn't take the time to lie.
Bang bang, he shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down...
